Product safety and trade compliance

We supply general merchandise: novelty toys, gyro balls, keychains, apparel and consumer tech accessories. We do not distribute tobacco, nicotine, vaping or other age-restricted regulated products.

Toy safety

Toys sold in the United States are subject to the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act and ASTM F963. Items intended for children under 12 require third-party testing and a Children's Product Certificate. Where a product in our catalog is a children's product, we make the applicable certification available to buyers on request before purchase.

Small parts and age labelling

Several items in the gyro and novelty ranges contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three. Retailers are responsible for keeping the manufacturer's age grading and choking-hazard warning on the packaging and in any listing they create.

Batteries and electronics

Light-up toys and tech accessories may contain lithium or button-cell batteries. Button-cell products are subject to Reese's Law labelling and secure-enclosure requirements. Retailers should confirm the packaging is intact and the warnings legible before resale, and should follow their carrier's rules when shipping battery-containing goods.

Intellectual property

We do not knowingly stock counterfeit goods or unlicensed reproductions of third-party characters, logos or trade dress. If you believe an item in our catalog infringes a right you hold, contact us and we will remove it from sale while we review.

California Proposition 65

Some consumer products require a Proposition 65 warning when sold into California. Buyers shipping into California are responsible for confirming whether a warning applies to the goods they resell.

Resale documentation

We sell to businesses for resale. A valid resale certificate is required before an account is approved, and sales tax is handled according to the certificate on file for your state.
