This website is intended for licensed businesses purchasing at wholesale. It is not a consumer store. Nothing on this site is an offer of sale to individual consumers, and all pricing is quoted directly to approved accounts.

General merchandise only

Distro America supplies general merchandise: novelty toys, gyro balls, keychains, apparel and consumer tech accessories. We do not sell tobacco, nicotine, vaping or other age-restricted regulated products through this site.

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for holding a valid resale certificate, for applicable sales taxes, for keeping manufacturer safety and age labelling intact, and for confirming that a product may lawfully be sold in their state before offering it for resale.

Trademarks

Product names and marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. Distro America does not knowingly stock counterfeit goods or unlicensed reproductions. If you hold a right you believe is infringed by a listing, contact us and we will remove it from sale while we review.
